BREAKDOWN OF LIVE AND STREAMING SERVICES

Hourly Rate: $150/hour for a crew of 2 people.

Duration: Graduation ceremonies typically last 2–3 hours, but we should account for setup, testing, event duration, and breakdown time. Assume 6 hours total (2 hours setup, 3 hours ceremony, 1 hour breakdown).

Equipment: Includes cameras, microphones, streaming hardware/software, internet setup, etc.

Crew: Two people are required to operate the equipment, handle the stream, and manage technical troubleshooting.

Travel: If the location is within Billings, no additional travel costs apply.

Additional Services (Optional): Recording and providing an edited version of the stream.

Base Live-Streaming Service:

Crew Hourly Rate: $150/hour × 6 hours = $900

Equipment Usage Fee: Flat rate for cameras, streaming hardware, and other essentials: $300

Setup and Testing Time (2 hours): Included in the 6-hour total.

Breakdown Time (1 hour): Included in the 6-hour total.

Subtotal for Live-Streaming Only: $1,200

Add-Ons (Optional):

Edited Version of the Event: Add post-production (editing highlights, adjusting audio, adding titles): $300 flat rate

Backup Recording: Storing the ceremony on a cloud or drive: $150
